Pastor Frances A. Pinkney has been in ministry for over 14 years and is currently the Pastor of the Victory In Jesus Apostolic Church in Harker Heights, Texas. Her service record includes Secretary of the Central District for over eight years, Lay Director of the Executive Board of the Texas State Council for two years; Assistant to the Credentials Chairman, Chaplain for the Texas State Missionary and Christian Women’s Auxiliary, as well as Vice-President. Presently Pastor Pinkney serves as the newly elected President of the Texas State Council Missionary and Christian Women’s Auxiliary.
Pastor Pinkney served 20 years in the United States Army achieving the rank of First Sergeant. She retired from the Army in January of 2000. While assigned to Germany Pastor and Elder Alonzo Pinkney founded the Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Langen, Germany. She has traveled extensively in ministry; ministering the Word of God both at the national and international level. While stationed in Germany Pastor Pinkney served with the European Council of Nations under the leadership of Bishop Norman L. Wagner. While serving in Europe she was appointed International Evangelist.
Pastor Pinkney graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor, in Belton Texas, in May 2004 with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and a minor in Religion. She received an award for Outstanding Field Student in Social Work and was selected as Empires ‘Who’s Who for Professional Social Workers for 2005. Pastor Pinkney continued to strive for academic excellence and in May 2006 she graduated from Baylor University, in Waco Texas, with a Masters degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Mental Health in Children and Adolescents. Pastor Pinkney was also inducted into the Social Work Honor Society for maintaining a GPA of 3.80.
In addition to serving as full time Pastor of the Victory In Jesus Apostolic Church, she is employed with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a Child Protective Services Investigator.
Co-Pastor Elder Alonzo Pinkney

Elder Alonzo Pinkney has been in ministry for over 14 years and save 20. He is co-Pastor of Victory In Jesus Apostolic Church and is the school administrator for Vision of Victory Christian Academy in Harker Heights, Texas. Presently he serves as the newly elected Vice President of the Texas State Council Men Ministry Auxiliary, the Chaplain for the Ministers’ Wives and Ministers Widows, and the District Life Support Motivator for the seven districts of the Texas State Council.
He served 25 years in the United States Army achieving the rank of Sergeant Major. He retired from the Army in January of 1999. While assigned to Germany, Elder Pinkney and his wife founded the Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Langen, Germany. In 1996 on a deployment to Tuzla Main Bosina, God used Elder Pinkney to start the Tuzla Main Full Gospel Chapel. While under the European Council of Nations, both Elder Pinkney and his wife received extensive training in ministry from Bishop Norman L. Wagner, and Suffragan Bishop Glen A Brady.
Elder Pinkney a graduate of the United State Army Sergeants Majors Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in IT (Information Technology) with a minor in management from DeVry University where he graduated magna cum laude. He has completed the Aenon ministry course and is an ordain minister.
In addition to serving as co-Pastor of the Victory In Jesus Apostolic Church, He is married to Pastor Frances A Pinkney, and they are the proud parents of four daughters, one son, and ten grandchildren.
